My 2023 Chevy Tahoe Update: My Tahoe was in the shop for about a month for a lifter, crankshaft, and washer fluid reservoir repair. It was returned to me as “fixed,” but as of February 7, I’m having to take it back again because the washer fluid reservoir still isn’t holding fluid. Just documenting the ongoing issue. Kristin and Junior have been great that I have spoke to and my warranty has covered my issues. Just an ongoing problem.

I ordered a bed liner back in November and have been waiting for it to come in. It came in and I wanted to get it installed with my upcoming service appointment. After waiting for over three hours in the customer waiting area. The lady came in and told me that parts had ordered the wrong one. All that was done on my vehicle in 3 hours was an oil change, tire rotation, and wheel well liners installed on my rear wheel well housing. Then, I was unable to find where my truck was parked after I paid the bill. Not very good customer service after purchasing my truck there new several months prior.
